Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are created only after your order has been shipped. If you don’t see a tracking number yet, your order is still being processed by our fulfillment partner — this is completely normal. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and tracking updates automatically once the carrier scans your package.
You can always check your order status using your order number and email on our Track Order page.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the product. Some items may arrive sooner.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your package ships. If there’s no movement after 3 days, reach out to us and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Do you donate to the ASPCA?
Yes — as part of our commitment to dogs in need, we donate 5% of profits to the ASPCA to support their rescue, protection, and advocacy efforts nationwide.
