Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is prepared and handed off to our fulfillment partner, it will be shipped out and a tracking number will be generated.

Shipping Time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier speed. Some products may arrive between 7–12 business days. We always choose the fastest available shipping method for your location. Some items may ship from different fulfillment partners, which can affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If you don’t see a tracking number yet, your order is still being prepared — this is completely normal. Tracking updates automatically once the carrier scans your package.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we’ll make it right — quickly and with zero hassle.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect or missing items

Simply email us with photos or video evidence so we can verify the issue and take care of it immediately.

Your Options

  • Full Refund — issued once we confirm the issue

  • Free Replacement — shipped out ASAP if the item is in stock

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. We want to make things easy for you and your dog.


Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need it, we accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping may apply.
