Refund policy

30‑Day Return Window

We want you - and your dog - to love every ZevaPet product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. All returns follow the same guidelines as our fulfillment partner, Amazon.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund under Amazon’s return rules.


Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Lick mats or feeding products

  • Grooming tools (brushes, gloves, bath scrubbers)

  • Any item that has come into contact with food, water, or a pet’s mouth/fur

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.


Returns Through Our Fulfillment Partner

Because our products are fulfilled through Amazon, some returns must be sent directly to Amazon’s designated return center.

After you submit your return request, we will:

  1. Review your order

  2. Confirm eligibility

  3. Provide the correct return address and instructions

Please do not send returns to our business address—they will not be accepted.


Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and processed by our fulfillment partner, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund timing:

  • 3–7 business days after the return is processed

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing through Amazon’s system and cannot be canceled.

If the order ships, you may still request a return once it arrives.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier or Amazon.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo (if applicable)

We’ll reply with the correct return instructions and return address.
